Each 60 minute remote session is valued only at $125 each with a 15 minute consultation. making sure they are in the best possible state to go after their goals. Your Health and Wellness Coach can help you create lasting mental and physical changes. This type of coach is trained in collaborative techniques that enable them to work directly with their clients, so they can create personalized, real, lasting change.

Discovery Session with Health & Wellness Coach – $120 / 1.5 hours
Find more energy to work toward your goals and create positive habits that put you in a better mental and physical state with a Health & Wellness Coach. Whether you need to majorly overhaul your health habits, or are in good health but need some assistance in reaching your next health goal, a health coach can help you to realign your health habits for the better.

E-motion Release Email Session Only – $100/60 minutes
This session is where we will quickly and easily identify and release your trapped emotions and other negative energy from your body. A form of energy healing technique is used to help identify and literally release what we call trapped emotions. Your treatment consists of a 45-minute remote session where we will release as many trapped emotions or unwanted energy and email you the results. Your session includes a 15 minute phone consultation to answer any questions about your results.

Energy Healing Session - $150 / 90 minutes
This 90 minute remote session is where we will thoroughly identify and release physical, mental or emotional stress and other negative energy from your body. We will focus on specific areas where you are desiring change and will target areas of your choice and priority. We use a form of energy healing technique to help identify underlying imbalances and release emotional wounds or trauma from the body. Each of our patients is eligible for this personalized service. Your session includes a 30 minute phone consultation to answer any questions and review your results.
